Customer Purchase Trends

To find out what products your customers order at a particular time, create a "Customer Purchase Trends" report.  When you know that your customer is ordering her cleanser every two months, you will know when to follow up with her for the reorder!  This will help you provide stellar customer service.  

First, click "Reports" then "Customer Purchase Trends."

Next, choose the customer you wish to obtain a report on, how many records you want to see, and set the date range.

Last, Click "Generate Report."

The report will show below your "Report Options" Box, If you would like to this blue box, just click the "Report Options" button that can seen in the top right.  

You are doing a great job!  Now, make a few phone calls and with this new found information dinner is on you!
